is responsible for providing social work services to clients The
MSW may work with individuals, families, or groups, to improve
their social and emotional well-being. Essential Duties and

clients with a variety of needs, such as mental health, substance

their families. Research and develop new social work interventions.
Write reports. Participate in professional development activities.
Qualifications: Master's degree in social work from an accredited
program. 2 years of experience providing social work services.
Strong clinical skills and judgment. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of
