Job Description Job Description Job Title: Primary Nurse Practitioner Job Type: Part-Time Location: Bronx, NY Experience Level: Minimum 3 years required Pay : As per your Preferred pay. Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team of medical professionals. The primary responsibility will be to provide advanced primary and/or specialty care to patients. This includes conducting physical exams, recording medical histories, creating care plans, and administering diagnostic tests. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses Develop and implement personalized patient management plans Prescribe medications and therapies as needed Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Participate in quality improvement initiatives Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging Administer vaccinations and preventive care Refer patients to specialists when necessary Qualifications: Master’s Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Family or Adult Geriatrics) Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice National Board Certification (AANP, ANCC, or ONCC) EMR/EHR experience preferred Bilingual (Spanish) is a Required Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
