highly motivated and EXPERIENCED Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. We are
seeking someone who is energetic and hardworking to help us
increase our sales volume and continue a tradition of excellence.
If you have a passion for trucks, excellent communication skills,
and a proven track record in sales, we want to hear from you! The
ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. In addition,
we require: Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
that best fit their needs and budget Provide excellent customer
service and build strong relationships with clients Conduct test
drives and explain vehicle features and benefits Negotiate pricing
and financing options to close deals successfully Stay updated on
the latest automotive trends, promotions, and incentives Maintain
accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the Customer
Relationship Management System (CRM) Collaborate with the sales
team and management to achieve dealership goals Ensure a smooth and
professional buying experience for bilingual customers
Qualifications needed to be successful are: Experience in
automotive sales, particularly GMC a plus. Experience using a
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to initiate and
maintain customer contacts and relationships Outgoing personality
with expertise at developing lasting customer relationships Basic
MS Office knowledge, computer software and internet proficiency
Professional appearance and strong verbal/written communication
Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to ask
for the sale and follow through CLEAN and valid Driver's license
Saturday and some evening hours are required Must be willing to
submit background check and drug screen Fluency in Spanish a plus
