/ Manager to support our sales and customer engagement efforts
while progressing into expanded leadership responsibilities. This
role is designed for motivated professionals seeking a long-term
career in sales with a clear path for growth, advancement, and

Initial focus on individual sales performance and mastery of sales
scripts & systems Performance-based progression into Manager
responsibilities Opportunities to mentor, train, and support other

with potential customers to identify needs and recommend

professional manner Manage leads and document interactions using

ongoing coaching, training, conference calls, and team development
activities As performance milestones are achieved, assist with
mentoring and supporting new sales consultants Requirements High
school diploma or equivalent required Excellent verbal and written
communication skills Strong work ethic with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to learn and apply new sales processes and technology
Professional attitude, reliability, and strong follow-through Sales
