insurance agency, is seeking a Personal Lines Manager to oversee
and optimize their personal lines department. This is an exciting

Lines Manager , you will play a key role in planning, organizing,
and managing the agency’s personal lines operations. You’ll lead a
team of representatives, ensuring compliance with best practices,
driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional service to
clients. This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a
fast-paced environment and is committed to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities Provide coaching and feedback to personal
lines representatives to enhance sales performance. Audit workflows
for compliance with agency standards and best practices. Implement
agency policies and ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
Develop and monitor training programs for personal lines staff.
Assist in achieving departmental business objectives and action
plans. Offer technical expertise and support for escalated client
issues. Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and
customer satisfaction. Represent the agency at events and travel to
branch locations as needed. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of
insurance management experience . Active NYS Insurance Agents and
Brokers license Excellent communication skills—both written and
verbal—with strong sales acumen. Detail-oriented, self-starter with
proven leadership ability.
