ROLE : The Sales Order Bookkeeper will be responsible for
efficiently processing and maintaining sales orders, ensuring
accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting
standards . In this role, the incumbent will also demonstrate
strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid
understanding of accounting practices and bookkeeping principles.
This role requires effective communication with sales
representatives, customers, and other internal stakeholders to
ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction . We

- Provide customer service and resolve queries over the
telephone.

organization al needs. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
- Bachelor's degree in A ccounting , F inance, B usiness A
dministration (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years proven experience in sales order
processing, bookkeeping, or a similar role is desired.
- Bookkeeping and or accounting certification as a plus.
- English l anguage proficiency at the full professional level
(ILR level 4).
- ERP and Accounting software proficiency
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a
fast-paced office environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management concepts is a plus. DAY
IN THE LIFE : In this role, the working environment is office-based
during standard hours of 8am-5pm, working with other team members
and the physical demands may include but not limited to regularly
sitting, standing at an office desk , using computer,
answering/making phone calls and lifting 25 lbs . (occasionally).
SALARY : The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 to
$75,000 plus bonus . Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors,
such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically
