Hiring for (2) positions.
Looking for 1 individual to travel approximately 1.5 hour radius from Middletown, CT.
Looking for 1 individual willing to travel nationwide.
Salary - Depending on Experience
OVERVIEW
Supervise all on-site construction to ensure well-coordinated, safe, on time delivery of various projects
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION

• 
  
• Review and analyze all project documents, including but not limited to Drawings, specifications, amendments, submittals, schedule, and scope of work.
  
• Coordinate, Direct and inspect sub-contractor work to ensure compliance with Submittal, quality control and safety requirements.
  
• Identify and communicate all problems and areas of concern to Project Manager.
  
• Document daily on-site progress
  
• Coordinate and hold regular meetings with subcontractors to ensure project is on-schedule.
  
• Identify and communicate site safety concerns, conditions, and problems.
  
• Maintain and prepare various daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  
• Implement and enforce accident prevention plans.
  
• Educate on-site personnel as to safety requirements and ensure compliance.
  
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, project manager and assistant project manager.
  
• Assist project manager with schedule development, updates, progress reports, and look ahead reports.
  
• Prepare punch lists.
  
• Maintain SDS (MSDS) list of hazardous materials on site.
  
• Occasionally take on tasks outside the normal scope of your job.

  • Ability to walk or stand frequently, throughout the day.
    
  • Ability to stoop and crouch occasionally, throughout the day.
    
  • Ability to exert 25 to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, throughout the day.
    
  • Ability to exert 10 to 20 lbs. of force frequently, throughout the day.
    
    Education, Skills, License, and Certification Requirements
    
    • 
      
    • Valid driver's license.
      
    • OSHA 30 certification, required
      
    • USACE CQM Certification
      
    • USACE EM385 - 40 Hour
      
    • CPR & First Aid Certificate
      
    • Strong attention to detail.
      
    • Ability to follow directions, work with minimal supervision and exercise discretion and judgment regarding matter of significance.
