Job Description:

Installation Technician Responsibilities

Build state-of-the art police cruisers & public safety vehicles by installing:
12v DC lighting
Emergency/warning systems
Push bumpers and sirens
Mobile proximity, camera and DVR systems
AVL tracking, GPS systems, AV systems, radios and radar
Prisoner inserts including full and half cages
Inverters and auxiliary power systems
Other accessories and equipment per manufacturer specificationsInstallation Technician Job Requirements
- Must have a current, valid driver's license
- Must understand verbal and written instructions in English
- Prior experience working with hand tools
- Prefer 12v experience either professionally or from a hobby
- Prefer emergency vehicle technician experience
- Able to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Able to sit, squat, reach, pull, bend, work overhead and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
