Job Description:

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft .NET technology; Microsoft Visual Studio development system, Microsoft SQL Server, database development and queries, stored procedures, SSIS package development, SSRS and deployment and debugging in an enterprise environment.
• Developing new software applications in partnership with business analysts and technical architects
• Support, modify and enhance existing software as required
• Develop data migration and integrations processes for new and legacy systems using identified development tools and technologies.
• Participates in every aspect of the development and implementation, working with analysts to ensure full understanding of the change implications to current business processes.
• Builds product deliverables according to specifications, escalates technical design or specification issues to business analyst/project manager and stakeholders, and works within a given time frame to complete development
• Follows and develops best development practices and software development life cycle methodologies
• Possess a thorough understanding of the product from both a functional and technical perspective
• Execute full lifecycle software development
• Works with technical architects to design and develop software framework
• Works with internal teams to develop unique applications to for their specific requirements
• Performs technical analysis to support the development efforts
• Participates in project teams, as required.
• Assists in the implementation of technical & business application fixes as well as systems enhancements & larger project initiatives.
• Thorough knowledge of the development process, including specification, documentation, and quality assuranceJob Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or demonstrated knowledge about database and application development
  • Software development experience with an emphasis on MS Technologies including SQL Server development (SQL/SSIS/SSRS), Visual Studio, VB.NET or C#
  • Experience is developing ETL solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Analyzing business application requirements
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually.
