Hours: Full-Time/40 Hours
Shift Details: Days (1st shift) Monday - Friday, 7:30a - 4:00p or
8:00a - 4:30p (flexible hours)

Position Summary:
The Crescent Center for Mental Health Services is looking for a
motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to
support our Adult, Child, and Adolescent outpatient services. This
person will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary in order
to increase efficiency and workflow while providing the best
experience possible for our patients.
Responsibilities include:Managing workqueues, working with
insurance companies to get appropriate authorization for patient
visits, completes daily activities of billing and auditing of
accounts to ensure accurate claim submissions, assists office
support staff if volume requires it, other duties as assigned.
