Job Description:

Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
Ensuring bills and PO invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
Processing due invoices for payments
Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges with invoices
Issue timely bill payments via check to vendorsRequirements:
- High School graduated, Associate degree in Finance preferred
- 3 -5 years in accounts payable and knowledge of basic accounting preferred
- Workday AP knowledge preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
