Description:This person will be banding productProducts (metal) will come in on flat bed trucks. They can have anywhere from 8-25 trucks coming through a day.This person would wrap chains around product and then a crane operator would remove the material from the truck and place it on to a designated area.The person would be responsible for placing wooden blocks down where the crane will ultimately place materials.After the material has been placed down, the person would be responsible for banding the product.That is basically wrapping the material together.They may be asked to record material received and shipped in computer system.Skills:Warehouse, Construction, Shipping, ReceivingTop Skills Details:Ability to lift 40 lbsComputer skillsSafety orientedAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Must be able to lift 40 lbsComputer skillsLoad/unloadShipping/experience with bill of ladings is a plusForklift is a plusSAFETY ORIENTEDAttention to detail - numbers on materials - over 500 different productsDocumentationExperience Level:Entry Level About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
