Account Development Specialist

In this role you will have the opportunity to work with our
Senior Program/Project Management team members, Operations and
Pursuit Excellence team, to support and help lead our client
service, business development, staff development and project
delivery in the PMCM Buildings sector. This position reports
directly to the Operations Director.
Role / Responsibilities
Seeks business opportunities for Buildings PMCM Service Line in
alignment with regional goals and firm initiatives
Identify leads in alignment with Company strategy and regional
Gather information on potential clients and projects. Work with
Doer Seller team members to support in scheduling meetings with new
and/or existing clients to uncover project opportunities, including
client and regional teams
Support Seller Doers in updating Customer Relationship Data
General Market Research
Competitor research and analysis
Develop and/or maintain strong business network as reliable source
Contribute to client, pursuit and proposal planning by providing
meaningful, accurate and impactful client-focused information
Some client facing opportunities may be required, although role
will be primarily internal team support.

A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering,
Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 6 years of industry experience is required.
Strong Microsoft Office skills for letters, reports, spreadsheets,
Strong Outlook skills for calendar management
Proficient with internet research
Knowledge of the Construction Industry or Business Advisory
Occasional travel may be required.
