Job Description Job Description Hiring experienced local CDL-A drivers for a high-volume grocery delivery route serving supermarkets and distribution centers throughout the Northeast. This is a NYC-focused position with daily deliveries into the five boroughs (80-90% of routes), plus surrounding states. Operating Area: Within 350 miles of North Hatfield, MA Primary Delivery Zone: NYC (Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, Brooklyn), Long Island, NJ, MA, VT, RI, NH, ME, PA, Upstate NY Compensation & Earnings Activity-Based Pay Plan: $0.48 - $0.56 per mile Daily rate: $50 per day NYC stop pay: $42 per stop (Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island, Brooklyn) Drop and hook pay: $21 per stop Lift gate stop: $45 per stop Detention pay: $15 per hour New hire training: $200 per day Safety training: $20 per hour Holiday pay: $160 per day (3 paid holidays) Drivers in this position have achieved annualized earnings of $110,000 over the last 6-12 months Schedule & Home Time ? Daily home time - local position ? Early morning starts ? Consistent work schedules ? 15-20 stops per week on average Typical Day: One long multi-stop load per day Occasionally followed by a shorter load if hours permit Plan to deliver in NYC boroughs daily Holiday Schedule: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day: Off the day of the holiday, work the holiday night shift Holiday pay applies when working scheduled shifts Equipment & Job Details Equipment: Assigned automatic daycabs (trucks are 3 years old or newer) 53', 51', 48', or 46' refrigerated trailers 100% electric pallet jacks (new equipment for all drivers) Uniforms provided ??
