Job Description:
What You Will Be Doing Manage a caseload of serious injury cases
from intake through trial or resolution. Conduct depositions,
motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation. Draft
pleadings, discovery responses, and legal briefs. Collaborate with
clients, medical experts, opposing counsel, and the courts. Mentor
junior attorneys and contribute to overall case strategy and firm
growth. Experience You Will Need 2–10 years of exclusvely
plaintiff’s personal injury litigation experience. Licensed to
practice law in New York State. Proven litigation and negotiation
expertise. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability
to lead, organize, and mentor within a team. Client-first approach
with a focus on achieving results.
