Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven
Associate Attorney to join our medical malpractice defense team.
This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work both remotely
and from our Uniondale office. Responsibilities: Manage medical
malpractice cases from inception through resolution. Conduct legal
research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery. Attend court
appearances, depositions, and mediations. Collaborate with senior
attorneys and clients to develop case strategies. Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admission to the
New York State Bar. 13 years of litigation experience preferred;
medical malpractice experience a plus. Strong writing, analytical,
and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part
