This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you will be challenged to deliver high-quality legal services to our diverse clientele. You will have the chance to utilize your legal expertise and experience in areas such as Premises Liability, Personal Injury Litigation, Legal Research, and Litigation. This role will require you to provide legal representation, showcase your skills as a trial attorney, and demonstrate your prowess in legal writing.Responsibilities:As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your key responsibilities would include:1. Providing exceptional legal representation to clients in a wide range of personal injury cases, including Premises Liability.2. Actively participating in all aspects of litigation, including trial, mediation, and settlement negotiations.3. Conducting thorough and detailed legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.4. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.5. Collaborating with our legal team to develop case strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.6. Staying updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate legal advice and representation.7. Presenting arguments in court as a trial attorney and representing our clients' best interests.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for the Permanent Associate Attorney position should have:1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney, with significant experience in Premises Liability, Personal Injury Litigation, and Legal Research.4. Proven trial experience as an attorney, with a track record of successful outcomes.5. Excellent legal writing skills, with the ability to draft and review legal documents accurately and efficiently.6. Strong research skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to apply legal principles to complex issues.7. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in court and in negotiations.8.
