Our HQ is in New York City with a hybrid schedule (3 in-office days per week). Preference for NYC-based candidates or those open to relocation. What You’ll Do Lead a product team responsible for building customer-facing features and AI-powered workflows that simplify complex permitting processes Drive the full product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, design, development, launch, and iteration Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and sales to deliver high-impact features that create measurable customer value Work directly with users to deeply understand pain points and translate them into intuitive solutions Define and communicate product strategy, goals, and success metrics across teams and leadership Mentor and guide other product managers, setting standards for product process, collaboration, and execution What We’re Looking For 3 years of product management experience with a record of shipping impactful products at startups or fast-moving companies Experience leading product teams, not just owning individual features Ability to set product vision, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams Strong problem-solving ability and comfort navigating ambiguity Excellent communication and collaboration skills, from engineers to executives to customers Technical acumen and familiarity with software development is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary and meaningful equity in a high-growth company Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible PTO and paid family leave Home office & equipment stipend Hybrid NYC office culture (3 days in-office/week) with direct access to leadership In-Office Lunch & Dinner Provided PermitFlow provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or family status, as protected by applicable law.
