Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the Cranston area, is
seeking a Recruiter to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be
part of the Human Resources department supporting various teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills,
attention to detail, and a proactive approach which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Recruiter Location:
Cranston, RI Pay Range: $22-$25 Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm What's
the Job? Scheduling interviews, screening candidates, and carefully
reviewing applicants to identify the most qualified for a given
position. Communicating effectively with applicants both verbally
and in writing. Responding to calls and assisting employees with
issues such as payments, letter requests, employment verifications,
etc. Running background checks and drug tests. Visiting clients
when needed. What's Needed? Bilingual Spanish Proven experience in
recruitment or human resources. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to
detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with background check processes and employment
