The Flood Law Firm is looking for a Human Resources and Accounting Coordinator to work out of our Middletown office. This position will work closely with the operations team to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, as well as assist with accounting and other business functions.

Some of the job responsibilities will include assisting with tasks associated with recruitment and onboarding, overseeing benefits programs, maintaining employee files, working with leadership teams to coordinate meetings and training sessions, managing PTO requests, conducting periodic performance reviews, processing and recording client expense invoices, overseeing administrative processes, as well as a variety of other tasks to make sure the firm is running smoothly.


Associates or Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field Previous experience as a manager or other HR position People-oriented and results-driven Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, QuickBooks, and familiarity with HR systems and databases Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Basic knowledge of accounting best practices Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and time management skills Belief in the firms mission of helping injured victims
