and experienced Multi-Unit Deli Department Supervisor to join our
team and oversee the operations of our Deli departments across
multiple locations. Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and
experienced Multi-Unit Deli Department Supervisor is responsible
for overseeing the operations of the Deli departments across
multiple store locations. The ideal candidate will be overseeing
the day-to-day activities, ensuring high-quality customer service,
and developing a profitable prepared food and catering program.
This role involves managing personnel, ensuring excellent customer
service, maintaining high food quality standards, and developing a
successful prepared food and catering program. The ideal candidate
will have a strong background in deli or food service management,
exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering
top-notch customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Operations
Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Deli departments
across multiple store locations. Manage department team members.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company
policies. Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation,
and customer service. Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor
relationships to ensure adequate stock levels and cost control.
Personnel Management: Recruit, train, and develop Deli department
staff. Schedule and coordinate staff to ensure adequate coverage
and efficient operations. Conduct performance evaluations and
provide feedback to staff. Address personnel issues and resolve
conflicts promptly and effectively. Program Development: Develop
and implement a successful prepared food and catering program.
Create and test new menu items, considering customer preferences
and seasonal trends. Collaborate with marketing to promote the
prepared food and catering program. Customer Service: Ensure
exceptional customer service is always provided. Address customer
inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Foster a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Qualifications : Proven experience in deli or food service
management, preferably in a multi-unit setting. Strong leadership
and team management skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement programs and
processes. Knowledge of food safety and health regulations. Strong
organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work
flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Compensation and
