Eagle Rock Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. The CNA will play a critical role in providing superior nursing care and supporting the physical and emotional needs of our residents. Provide daily nursing assistance like bathing, dressing, and feeding patients. Monitor and record patients' conditions, observing physical and mental changes. Assist in the implementation of individualized care plans set by healthcare professionals. Ensure a clean and safe environment for all patients. Support the emotional and psychological needs of patients and their families. Coordinate with nurses and other clinical staff to assist with medical procedures and care plans. Maintain confidentiality and records of patients' medical histories accurately. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Proficiency in basic nursing procedures and understanding of healthcare compliance requirements. Physical stamina and ability to lift or move patients. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is required. CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
