Job Description Pediatrics Neurologist Location: Ridgewood, New Jersey Outpatient | Autism-Focused | No Call Position Overview 90% Autism spectrum disorder patients 10% Medicaid general pediatric neurology population Brand new outpatient facility Non-profit organization Founder is a practicing Pediatric Neurologist (23 years of experience) Schedule & Work-Life Balance Monday–Friday Open to: Full-time (5 days/week) Part-time (3 days/week) No call No weekends No after-hours Patient Volume & Workflow Ages: 0–21 years 9–10 patients per day 90-minute intake/assessment 20-minute follow-ups Must perform: CARS (Childhood Autism Rating Scale) ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) Training provided EEG experience preferred (training available if needed) Supervisory role over NPs EMR: Practice Fusion Required Qualifications Board Certified or truly Board Eligible: Pediatric Neurology OR Developmental/Behavioral Pediatrics Open to 2026 graduates Not accepting 2027 grads No visa sponsorship Post-graduate experience preferred but not required NJ Medicaid credentialing preferred (not required) Compensation & Structure Employed (W2); 1099 option available Sign-on bonus: Negotiable Comprehensive benefits Ideal Candidate Interested in autism-focused outpatient practice Comfortable with developmental evaluations Values predictable schedule and strong work-life balance Open to supervising NPs RecruitWell's Core Values: Open communication Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness
