Job Description Primary Care Physician South Central Vermont COMPENSATION: $250,000 Base RVU Potential up to $400,000 Outstanding benefits This southern Vermont practice uniquely provides the community with access to Primary Care, Behavioral Health and Care Management services for the whole family. Primary Care services include on-site Behavioral Health providers, Social Workers, and Care Management, along with preventive programs like diabetes management and education. We are a multi-site FQHC serving 80% of the primary care needs in our community (central Vermont). Role: Market leading compensation: Base $250k RVU Move to production model after 18 months Some PCPs making upwards to $400k M-F 8a-5p Can work a 4-day week or a 5-day week No hospital rotation Call: 2-3 weeks out of the year Average 16-22 patients a day 2025 Residents will be considered Benefits Generous bonus opportunity.
