career. Family Centered Clinician $6000 Special bonus Salary ranges
from $68,000 to $75,000 per year Provide In-Home Family Therapy to
Children, Youth and their families within their given catchment
area, ensuring compliance with the In-Home Therapy Performance
Specifications. Ensure proper Hub responsibilities when warranted,
contributing to the on-going training and oversight of the
Therapeutic Training and Support staff and Therapeutic Mentors
(TT&S/TMs) linked with his/her caseload. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide In-Home Family Therapy to identified youth and families
within given catchment area Participate in Care Planning Teams for
identified youth and families Provide outreach counseling to youth
Consult with outside agencies, referral sources, and other
professionals as necessary Attend weekly supervision, and staff
meetings and consultations as required Follow the Medical Necessity
Criteria, Performance Specifications, and Service Definitions for
In-Home Family Therapy Assist with developing and providing
clinical supervision training programs TT&S/TMs. Submit
documentation and ensure meets the Performance Specifications set
forth by the state and is submitted timely Outreach to community
providers to develop and foster solid working relationships and
awareness of CBHI services Participate in Systems of Care meetings
and other CBHI-related meetings (as assigned) Respond to client
emergencies as needed Other duties as required Adhere to provisions
of M.G.L Chapter 119, Section 51A (Mandated Reporter); report all
occurrences immediately to the clinic. Complete South Bay's crisis
reporting protocol as required Mentor South bay Must be comfortable
with many different electronic systems and procedures, learning new
technology, etc Must be willing to work afternoons and early
evenings Qualifications: Master's degree in Mental Health
Counseling, Counseling Education, Counseling Psychology, or
Psychology, Social Worker or some other related degree is required.
1 year of experience working with Children and youth required. A
valid driver's license in good standing and a reliable vehicle is
required. Excellent organizational skills, Be a self-started
Experience with electronic health records a plus. FCC candidates
must now be licensed eligible. Moving forward, all IHT candidates
will need to have completed a 60 credit program with a full
internship who may be able to obtain a LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LADC1, or
