with Job.com LLC to find a qualified Home Health RN in Rutland,
Vermont, 05736! Administering medication to patients. Creating
reports to track the patients' progress. Working with other
professionals to create treatment plans. Cleaning and re-dressing
wounds if needed. Measuring vital signs. Monitoring changes in
behavior and progress. 8am to 4pm M- F w/ some weekend & on call
