The role is specifically tailored for night shifts, enabling you to impact patient outcomes during these crucial hours. Provide comprehensive patient care in a SICU/Neuro ICU setting. Monitor and maintain patient care plans, adjusting as necessary for night shifts. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Document patient status and progress accurately and comprehensively. Ensure that all safety and infection control practices are followed. Strong clinical skills with emphasis on critical care nursing. Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Medical Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York. BLS/CPR certified with ACLS preferred.
