This critical role demands a compassionate and skilled nursing professional dedicated to upholding the highest standards of patient care in vascular surgery. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing vascular surgery. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and monitor post-surgical recovery. Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures and post-surgery care. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all safety guidelines. Participate in continuous education and professional growth opportunities relevant to vascular healthcare. Strong clinical skills in a surgical environment Proficiency in using medical software for patient care management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capability to perform under stress and in emergency situations Detail-oriented with strong observational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice BLS/ACLS certification Certification in Vascular Nursing (CVN) preferred but not required
