Job Description:
Albany Medical Center, a leading healthcare system that

seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse II in Medicine. As an integral
part of our medical services team, the successful candidate will be
deeply involved in delivering high-quality patient care while
participating in ongoing medical education and contributing to our
innovative research initiatives. This role requires a compassionate
professional capable of managing a diverse patient population and
effectively collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Provide
direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients. Participate in
patient and family health education. Implement and monitor patient
care plans. Record patient medical histories and symptoms.
Administer medication and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate
with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient management.
Assist in medical procedures as needed. Strong clinical skills in a
healthcare environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Proficiency in
electronic health record (EHR) systems. Capability to handle
stressful situations. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
