This role is pivotal in providing expert nursing care to cardiology patients and supporting our commitment to enhance patient outcomes through innovative treatment plans. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cardiology and dedicated to advancing their nursing skills while contributing to interdisciplinary team efforts. Deliver high-quality nursing care and detailed assessments of cardiac patients. Implement and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams. Educate patients and families about cardiac health and disease management. Lead initiatives to improve patient outcomes and unit efficiency. Participate in research and evidence-based practice settings. Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) Expertise in EKG interpretation Strong clinical judgment and decision-making in cardiology Proficiency in using medical software for patient care management Excellent communication and teamwork skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Cardiac-Vascular Nursing (RN-BC) preferred
