Provide comprehensive and critical care to adults in emergency situations. Assess, plan and implement care strategies for patients. Maintain patient records and administer medications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care. Participate in research and continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Teach and mentor junior nurses and support staff. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards. Advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) Trauma nurse core course (TNCC) Ability to work effectively under high pressure Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred
