Job Description:

looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse II to join our Emergency
Department Observation unit. This role involves providing
high-quality, compassionate care to patients undergoing short-term
observation following emergency visits. Our commitment to combining

diverse, high-acuity ED observation unit. Assess, plan, implement,
and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the
multidisciplinary team. Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed and monitor responses. Advocate for patient needs and
maintain clear communication with patients, families, and team
members. Maintain a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment
for patients and staff. Utilize the latest in medical technology to
perform diagnostics and monitoring. Document patient care services
and outcomes accurately and securely. Strong clinical skills with a
focus on acute care and observational medicine. Ability to make
quick, accurate clinical assessments. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using healthcare technology,
including EMR systems. Capacity to work effectively in
high-pressure environments. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certification preferred.
