Registered Dental Hygienist - Middlebury, CT - Temp to Hire Our highly reviewed private dental practice in Middlebury, CT is seeking a friendly and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our supportive, team-oriented office. This is a fully digital practice and a great opportunity for a people-person who enjoys helping patients smile. Schedule (Part-Time, 3 Days per Week – Flexible) Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (alternating) Duties & Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care Educate patients on oral health and preventive care Perform periodontal therapy, including SRP Administer local anesthesia Serve as a liaison between patients and the clinical team Maintain accurate clinical documentation Requirements Active Registered Dental Hygienist license in Connecticut Strong communication skills Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Positive attitude and patient-focused mindset Comfortable working in a fully digital dental office Motivated, skilled, and committed to continuous learning Pay & Compensation $48–$50 per hour, based on experience 401(k) Health stipend In-house dental care Bonus opportunities Continuing education support Apply today to join a supportive practice that truly values patient care and teamwork.
