Job Description Job Description Overview MHA in Ulster County,
Inc. has a Full-Time position (37.5 hours/week) as a Site
Supervisor for our OMH licensed residential programs working with
adults who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness and
possibly co-occurring substance use disorder. The supervisor
coordinates services with Ulster County Mental Health and other
outside agencies. They manage the day to day operations, including
the responsibility for staff supervision and the safe and
therapeutic care of resident participants in accordance with MHA’s
goals and certifying regulations. These services will be
individualized and client centered to enhance the functioning
levels and quality of life of the client population. The supervisor
also monitors Medicaid billing and all paperwork documentation
requirements. Includes day and some evening hours and on-call
coverage. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 9:00 am
– 5:00 pm. The pay rate is $26.65 hourly. Responsibilities Include
Planning and implementing a rehabilitative program and/or
individually designed services. Overseeing the day to day
operation. Work with the Director of Residential Services to meet
program/department goals and objectives, both independently and as
a team, and ensure and maintain the confidentiality of all agency
program participants and department information. With treatment
team input, be responsible for the development, implementation and
monitoring of individualized service plans. Supervision of staff
and providing a safe environment for the residents in the program.
Supervise the administration and taking of medication as required
and document in the MARS. This position requires an organized,
efficient person to monitor Medicaid Billing, OMH Regulations,
Incident Review, Quality Assurance and all paperwork documentation
requirements for the program. Qualifications A Bachelor’s or
Master's degree in a Human Services related field; or Associate’s
Degree in Human Services and 3 years working experience in Human
Services. 2 years supervisory experience in the Human Services
field. Experience working with adults recovering from mental
illness and secondary problems in chemical abuse necessary. Must
have a clean, valid NY State drivers license with 3 years licensed
