offer a full caseload. Majority of our facilities are in close
proximity, allowing us to offer you additional hours at nearby
locations. Do you give raises? Staff are eligible for performance
reviews, where there is always an opportunity for an increase. Why
is this position open? What's great about our field is its variety
of practice areas. Therapists/DORs that leave our company, mostly
do so to pursue other practice specialties. While many stay PRN
with us, we rarely see our therapists joining a competing SNF. How
does corporate support the therapists on the floors? Majority of
our Regional Directors, as well as many corporate members, are
therapists themselves. All of our Directors understand how hard it

collaborating directly with each team member to ensure you have a
well-supported work environment. What type of mentorship or support
