Administer nursing care to patients requiring colorectal and urological surgical interventions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to formulate patient care plans. Participate in the pre, intra, and post-operative care of patients. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety guidelines. Engage in continuous education and professional development related to colorectal and urology health issues. Proficient in providing perioperative care Skilled in patient assessment and critical thinking Adept at using medical software for record keeping Strong communication and educational skills Capable of handling high-stress situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice CPR certification ACLS certification preferred Certification in Surgical Nursing is a plus
