Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN license required Certifications: Epic experience required Must-Have: Local candidates are no longer being accepted. RNs with level I trauma center experience tend to perform best in this team. Experience floating to a variety of ICUs is highly desired. Comfort and competence to care for ICU patients in various environments is required. Required environments include neuro/trauma, surgical, medical, pediatric, cardiovascular, progressive critical care, and emergency situations. Description: This position requires a highly skilled RN with ICU experience. Candidates must have Epic experience. The role involves providing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment. Experience in multiple ICU specialties is essential. Candidates should be ready to float to various ICU units as needed. Effective communication and teamwork skills are important.
