Collaborates with the nursing administrative and leadership staff in identifying and documenting the learning need s of the nursing staff concerning nursing practice. Maintains knowledge/clinical expertise by continual review of current literature/research and products that impact nursing practice and patient care outcomes.Required Qualifications: Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. Minimum three (3) years of relevant nurse educator experience. Atleast one (1) year of Long Term Care experience.License, Certification, Registration: Current NY State RN License, required.
