TravelNurseSource is working with MedCadre to find a qualified Home Health RN in New York, New York, 10004! About The Position Pay Range: $3430/week - $3530/week; $81/hr. - $91/hr. (based on the experience, miles, and working hours). Note: Full-Time and Part-Time (both are available). Position Summary: Adult Care: Two years of previous acute care experience in MedSurg, Maternal and child care, Critical Care, or Pediatrics. Current Adult Care home health experience Maternal Care: Two years of previous acute care experience in MedSurg, Maternal and child care, Critical Care, or Pediatrics. Current Maternal Child home health experience Key Responsibilities: Maternal Care: This role involves nurses traveling to patient homes and providing care for anyone from newborn to 18 years old. A newborn visit might require providing care for the mother as well, which will count as 2 patients. Adult Care: Travel required to patients' homes. Patient Age Range: 18 to 100 years old. Role: True At Home Patient Cases: 5-8 cases per day Work Schedule: Flexible days, with options such as Sunday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday. Consistent days are required.
