W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): - $1,002.24Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): - - - $1,553.76ORFor Traveler 1099 Candidates:Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $74.00Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: - - - - - - - $2,664.00 -Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Cardiac/Neuro RN for a high-acuity unit in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This is a travel assignment on the 3East Cardiac/Neuro unit, and candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of current experience specifically in Medical-Surgical/Cardiac/Neuro care. Straight Med-Surg travelers are not eligible for this assignment.This unit requires flexibility, a willingness to float, and high proficiency with cardiac and neuro patient populations. If you're a dedicated RN with strong clinical skills and adaptability, we want to hear from you. -Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver specialized nursing care to cardiac and neuro patients
  • Monitor cardiac rhythms, neurological assessments, and respond to changes in patient condition
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, IVs, and treatments per protocols
  • Provide patient and family education on treatment and recovery
  • Accurately document patient care and assessments in Meditech Expanse (preferred)
  • Float to other medical-surgical units as needed -Required Qualifications:
    • Minimum 4 years of recent MS/Cardiac/Neuro RN experience
    • Willingness to float to other Med-Surg units - Required
    • Must be flexible - Block scheduling not permitted
    • Active RN license in Massachusetts or Compact RN license (eNLC)
    • Certifications must be in hand at time of submission (no pending):
      • Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA
      • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA -Preferred Qualifications:
        • Completion of Basic Dysrhythmia course - Strongly Preferred
        • Proficiency in Meditech Expanse - Strongly Preferred
        • Traveler experience with high-acuity cardiac/neuro patients
        • Skills checklist with high proficiency in Cardiac/Neuro care -Important Notes:
          • Straight Med-Surg RNs will not be considered
