Coordinates patient care and care delivery processes. Ensure a culture of safety, quality, service excellence, professionalism, personnel development, and team collaboration that supports the Middlesex Mission and the Department of Nursing vision, philosophy and strategic plan.Minimum qualifications:A Registered Nurse who is a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and is currently licensed to practice in the state of ConnecticutMaster's Degree (initiated within 1 year, completed within 3 years)Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing Preferred qualifications:Masters in Nursing Professional certification in clinical area of specialty (eg. Med-Surg) (within 1 year hire)Professional certification: ANCC Nurse Executive or AONL Nurse Leader (within 2 years hire)2 years of experience in healthcare leadership role(s)
