ChristianaCare is looking to hire a--full time BE/BC Pediatrician--to join our employed Outpatient Pediatric Practice; Pediatric Associates. This position is situated in our Whitehall Ambulatory space in Middletown, Delaware. This physician will be the--Clinical Lead--at the Whitehall site in Middletown, Delaware and champion the continued expansion of the practice site and its patient base. As the singular provider at this location; you will receive APC, MA/OA support and have an onsite lab all situated at Whitehall in Middletown, Delaware. This position is open due to organizational growth and will be part of an excellent team of 9 other employed practitioners (situated at alternate locations) all of whom partner together to provide care to over 11,000 pediatric patients.

4 -- day work week

Mix of virtual/in-person patient visits

Call 1:8

Daily virtual interactions with the several other Pediatricians on your team at Pediatric Associates through virtual huddles, team meetings, staff meetings, and lunch & learn sign outs.
