outdoor landscaping as well as holiday design. We design, install,
and maintain landscapes all over the tri-state area of New York,
New Jersey, and Connecticut. John Mini is looking to add a Project
Manager to our team of professionals! The Holiday Project Manager
is primarily responsible for managing the most complex portion of
our Holiday Business, roughly 30% of revenue: Manage and optimize
end-to-end operations for top Holiday clients, covering labor,
equipment, and vehicle coordination. Develop and deliver training
programs; support and hold field and HQ teams accountable to
Holiday processes and protocols. Lead strategy and continuous
improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and customer
satisfaction throughout the Holiday season. Drive continuous
improvement in safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
through strategic planning and team motivation. Supervise field
installation crews, managing and holding teams accountable to
performance and safety goals. Serve as the main liaison between
sales, operations, and clients, ensuring clear communication and
