The Clinical Coordinator (RN) will maintain the Outpatient Spine and Pain center. This individual will assess the patient's condition, sets goals, prescribes appropriate nursing actions to meet those goals and the physical, psychological, social and rehabilitative needs of the patient, including discharge planning. Assist in the coordinating nursing care of patients when scheduled for therapy or procedures by other departments. Establishes and maintains communications and utilizes teaching opportunities with patients, and other significant individuals. Maintains the standards of nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of the hospital. Must be able to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment to triage, and assist physicians as needed. Qualifications Education Requirements --- BSN (preferred) --- Current RN license in state of Connecticut --- Must have previous RN experience --- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment. --- Self-directed in the management of patient care. C.P.R. & ACLS certification required with excellent written verbal and communication skills. We take great care of careers.
