culture. Description: Due to continued growth we are currently
seeking to add a Lead Account Manager---to join our exceptional
team. This is a leadership and managerial position in which you
will help maintain and lead a team of Account Managers and act as
their mentor, escalation, and advocate. This role helps support
account managers to meet the ongoing needs of clients while
accomplishing internal KPIs and goals within the team and liaising
with various other leaders and departments within Charles IT. What
Do We Do? Create real relationships and raving fans while
implementing and supporting best in class technology. Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Ensure client happiness and profitability for all accounts
through continued stack attainment and standardization within our
client base
- Lead and educate a team of both technical and non-technical
account managers
- Maintain and manage in-depth product knowledge of Charles IT's
offerings and services
- Ownership of the quarterly technology business review process
which includes endlessly improving delivery, content and value
- Collaborate with the leadership team on the design and build of
new services and product offerings
- Assignment and balancing of accounts throughout the Account
Management team
- Hiring and training of new Account Managers on the team
- Maintain quarterly check-ins and continual coaching and
feedback to team members as needed Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field; and 5+ years
related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
education preferably in the technology field
- 3 years of managerial experience required
- Prior experience leading account managers strongly preferred
- Proven ability to juggle multiple client needs with the ability
to multi-task and function collaboratively as a member of a
fast-paced, client orientated team
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and work with key
stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives
and C-level
- Experience with ConnectWise, Cisco, Meraki, Datto, VMware,
Office 365 platform and Advanced Support on Mac OS is a plus
- Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of a growing
company and client base
- Excellent follow-through to see tasks through completion
- Self-starter with the ability to perform independently with
little or no supervision
- High level of organization; sharp attention to detail
- Ability to pass a background check
- Current, valid US driver's license is required. Benefits:
