Responsibilities
The Human Resources -Director is responsible to align resources from corporate in order to deliver exceptional services to the County View Family Farms (CVFF) team. -The -HR Director will -hold the CVFF HR -team accountable to execute according to plan. In addition, this position will oversee projects related to people strategy at CVFF.
Operational Engagement - -Partner with CVFF leadership in human capital strategy;projecting pipeline to address future leader needs - -Identify key people metrics (turnover, training compliance, safety reporting, hours worked, Farm level heat map) needed to keep CVFF leadership aligned and engaged in building world class team -Work with Recruiter and Talent acquistion to ensure staffing levels are met -Leads continuous improvement for human capital process with CVFF -
Develop alignment with objectives and leading indicators for all aspects of HR services; Including Training, Safety, Recruiting and Administration
Performance Management -Manage the execution of training processes at CVFF -Ensure facility scorecard with industry benchmarking, opportunities, organizational visibility is provided to senior management and key stakeholders. -Lead, manage and continuously improve team through coaching and PE tools to develop H/R talent -Hold HR Team supporting CVFF accountable to established metrics for success -Support on-boarding plans for new exempt team members- Ensure effective execution -Lead and participate in weekly departmental meetings with CVFF HR team

Talent Management - -Manage the execution of Safety, Training, recruiting, wellness and engagement at CVFF -Work collaboratevily with Corporate area leaders to ensure HR services are effective -Develop the team through the CFG Performance Excellence process (i.e., strategic plans, initiatives, team scorecard and individual development plans are in place for all areas).

Aligning Corporate support - -Provide insight to CFG Cares leaders as to execution effectiveness -Partner with specialists to provide feedback for process improvement -Support cross-functional initiatives and task forces (safety, wellness, etc.) -Ensure effectiveness of event coordination - -Meet regularly with HR leadership to discuss area trends and concerns

Policy & Legal - -Establish and maintain cadence for policy review -Auditing and evaluating the effectiveness of policies -Identify need for new policy creation -Leads discussion and identified strategies for complex team member relations issues -Ensure consistency in process for EEOC, PHRC, ADA, FMLA, etc. -Develops responses to EEOC and PHRC charges -Provides updates to HR Manager and legal council of legal updates -Responsible for the creation and revision of team member handbook -Lead relevant sessions in generalist workshops -Own and conduct EEO, affirmative action, and harassment trainings -Disseminate updates to policies based on new case law

Team CFG - -Participate in HR meetings -Serve on People Expectation steering -Serves as a resource for TM questions on anything H/R related -Support cross-functional initiatives and task forces (safety, wellness, etc.) -Attend and participate in weekly departmental meetings -Contribute to Non-monteary planning
Engage, inspire, and align team to participate in community needs/events. -Ensures Clemens culture is visible in communities -Act as crisis communication leader -Budgetary Responsibility ( Admin CVFF Budget owner) includes Training and Development and Relocation budgets
Qualifications


  • 3-5 Years Human Resources -experience
  • Experience managing exempt reports
  • Bachelor's Degree -in Human Resources or related field of study required
