We are looking for an Account Manger to join our team. This role is responsible for managing client relations along with software projects from concept through implementation. Ideal candidates will have a software development background with team lead or project management experience. Responsibilities include: being prime relationship owner, gathering requirements for the use case needs, the ability to managing technical tasks during all aspects of the SDLC, providing guidance and structure to cross-functional team members to meet client milestones, coordinating priorities with functional department heads, and accountable for successful project implementations. This role will interface with project managers, coordinators, functional department heads, clients, FTE resources and vendors. This Account Manager will also be looked upon for contribution as an account strategy for growing new and existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

Bridge Builder
--- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
--- Responsible for developing existing client relationships
--- Report and escalate to VP and CEO, COO as needed
--- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

Communicator
--- The ability to develop requirements based on client's needs, develop SOWs based on those requirements and by generating the cost/schedule/performance goals of the project
--- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
--- Support and communicate to all relevant stakeholders the cost, schedule and performance of the project
--- Review and get closing sign-off on agreements for Phased deliveries

Architect
--- Collaborate or Build project plans for customer deliveries
--- Forecast and track key account metrics
--- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product
--- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

Orchestrator
--- Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
--- Responsible for establishing Best Practices within the organization by working within all departments and leadership where appropriate
--- Liaise between the customer and internal teams; Bridge and prevent silos as they related to RI solutions and products between client stakeholders
--- Support internal team needs for resources and third party vendors as needed
--- Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
--- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
--- Perform other related duties as assigned

Customer Champion
--- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
--- Responsible for ensuring current clients are satisfied and Reality is delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
--- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Mentor
--- Evaluate the Account Team for resource needs, hire and train as needed
--- Mentor, manage and build Project Coordinators and Project Managers in weekly 1:1s

Community Builder
--- Be able to guide and direct those that don't report directly to you with support of Senior Management
--- Ensure resource availability and allocation by working closely with Functional Managers
--- Support Account Management in hiring and training of new team members
--- Attend team meetings and provide value in applied best practices

Successful candidates will:
* Successfully manage multiple, highly visible IT projects within cost/schedule/quality/scope requirements
* Manage both internal and subcontractor technical staff
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team. Participate in customer reviews. Conduct/lead meetings.
* Provide ongoing and regular status reports to all involved stakeholders
* Prioritize project milestones for team members and ensure deadlines are being met
* Remove blockers for team members
* Strategize and define KPI for account implementation plans and growth
* Directly interface and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and other stakeholders
* Lead and join client-facing meetings including elicitation of business requirements, review/recommendation of solution options, status updates and technical questions
* Provide critical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail and quality
* Consistently maintain a positive attitude and work ethic

--- Desired Experience:
* Must possess BS/BA degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or the other similar degree
* 10+ years of prior software development experience in both front and backend development
* 8+ years of project management or team leadership experience
