Job Description:
SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing
comprehensive administrative support services for the Sales &
Marketing team, facilitating the daily operations of the marketing
office and assisting the team in achieving the community's
occupancy and revenue goals. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: --
Produces regularly scheduled reports from marketing database. --
Assists in ensuring model suite(s)/apartment(s) are well maintained
and presentable. -- Demonstrates effective telephone skills
producing qualified leads and appointments. -- Manages the move-in
process as outlined in the Resident Move-In Checklist. -- Maintains
an open and ongoing dialogue with the resident and/or family to
ensure a smooth transition for the resident and to identify
resident/family needs. -- Facilitates the Resident Assessment. --
Types, collates and distributes all correspondence and other
materials. -- Organizes, coordinates and assists in planning
marketing special events, including weekend events. -- Assists in
executing marketing strategies and objectives. -- Assists in
touring and interviewing prospective residents/guardians. --
Coordinates various marketing fulfillment duties and systems
including direct mail, packages, letters, catalogs, and another
sales literature. -- Assists with the resident orientation program.
-- Attends marketing meetings, keep records; gatekeeper of SLC new
prospects to ensure proper distribution. -- Performs other related
duties as assigned by management. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: --
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the
organization's policies and applicable laws. -- Responsibilities
include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning,

problems. QUALIFICATIONS: -- Associate Degree (AA) or equivalent
from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one
year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination
of education and experience. o Ability to use Microsoft Windows,
preferably Microsoft 2010 or higher, including Word, Outlook and
Excel. Ability to use email and the Internet. Ability to use client
tracking and design software. o One (1) year experience in a sales
administrative support role involving customer service. o Ability
to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, speaking the
primary language of the residents. o Ability to read and interpret
documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions, and procedure manuals. o Ability to write routine
reports and correspondence. o Ability to speak effectively before
groups of customers or employees of organization. o Ability to add,
subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole
numbers, common fractions, and decimals. o Ability to compute rate,
ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. o Ability
to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. o Ability to deal with
problems involving several concrete variables in standardized
situations. o Must demonstrate an interest in working with a senior
