As an Industrial Mechanic Technician within our Technical & Maintenance department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and repairing our agricultural machinery and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting sustainable agriculture practices. This position is crucial for keeping our production processes running smoothly and effectively, aligning with our goal of nourishing the global community. Perform routine and emergency maintenance on a variety of agricultural equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations Collaborate with other team members to increase machinery efficiency and reliability Keep detailed records of maintenance work and machinery status Proven mechanical aptitude Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification from a recognized technical training institution in industrial mechanics or related field is preferred.
