You Will Do: The Senior Process Manufacturing Engineer will provide
support to manufacturing operations and drive process improvement
to improve the company's quality and delivery signature utilizing
quality metrics. The Senior Process Manufacturing Engineer will be
responsible for specific special processes across the value stream.
Primary responsible processes will include CBN Coating, Waterjet
and Extrude Hone. Additional processes may include but are not
limited to Surface Media Finish. The scope of this role will
include PW internal shop and may also include supply chain support
components. /n - With specific process ownership, this role will
provide direct support to the manufacturing shop floor and drive
multiple manufacturing process improvements across specific process
steps that spans the full value stream of the parts. /n - Identify
& implement process optimization & control methods to
eliminate/prevent quality turn backs /escapes and reduce overall
product costs. /n - Perform Root cause analysis and corrective
actions on non-conforming product for responsible processes using
statistical analysis tools and other methods as necessary. /n -
Drive targeted manufacturing process optimization activities
through MRL tools such as Value Stream Mapping and Process Flow
Diagram, PFMEA, Control Plans, Measurement Systems Analysis, Yield
& Cost curves and Qualification plan. /n - Support the project
pipeline process to select, prioritize and scope projects to
business objectives, integrated with other continuous improvement
activities and CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence)
initiatives. /n - Lead significant projects critical to improve
manufacturing process capability & quality performance /n /n
Qualifications You Must Have: /n - Bachelor's degree in a STEM
field and minimum 5 years' experience in an engineering,
manufacturing, quality or closely related industrial environment or
a Master's degree and minimum 3 years' experience in an
engineering, manufacturing, quality or closely related industrial
environment /n - Demonstrated technical proficiency in complex
manufacturing activities /n - Experience reading and interpreting
drawings and industry specifications /n - Knowledge of Microsoft
Office computer software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Outlook /n - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens
are authorized to access information under this program/contract /n
/n Qualifications We Prefer: /n - Degree in Manufacturing
Engineering /n - Six Sigma project leadership/management/coaching
experience /n - CORE/6 Sigma Practitioner/Professional
certification /n - Understanding of continuous improvement skills:
DFSS, Red-X, Lean, etc. /n - Experience with Minitab and other

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work
primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance
workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The
salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of
all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending
an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and
associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience,
location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may
